How Bulk SMS Billing Works

Understand SMS credit bundles, campaign holds, and what you are charged for on Notifymore.

Notifymore sells prepaid SMS credits. One credit is one SMS part.

Buying credits

Choose a fixed bundle, from GHS 20 to GHS 5,000, and pay with Paystack. The credits do not expire. The number of credits is fixed when you pay, so a later price change does not shrink a balance you already bought.

Sending

A campaign holds the credits it needs. Credits are spent only for parts the gateway accepts. Parts that fail or are cancelled go back to your balance. API and quick sends work the same way.

Resellers

Resellers buy the same bundles at a wholesale rate and pass credits to their customers. Any extra they charge those customers is theirs to collect.
